Louise is a fellow independent business owner in Stockton Town Centre, with two established businesses built over the last seven years and a team of staff managing the frontline. She is now taking the step to help shape the bigger picture of our town centre. With a strong background in both retail and hospitality, Louise brings first-hand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges that our local businesses face.

Blind Tiger unlocks the spirit of community through creativity, story and song. Led by Community Activist and proud Stocktonian, Mike McGrother, their award-winning programmes tackle isolation, spark local pride and strengthen social connection. Blind Tiger brings over 30 years of experience working in community settings – from town centres to schools to prison settings and rural communities.

Lisa has worked in Stockton Town Centre for over 14 years, bringing a wealth of experience in arts, events, and marketing. With a background in delivering creative campaigns and cultural projects, she is passionate about showcasing Stockton’s unique offer and supporting the town’s business community. Through her role with the BID, Lisa leads on marketing and administration, promoting the town centre, its independent businesses, and the exciting events that bring people into Stockton.
